Stroke/Brain attack on contrary is problem encountered in elderly population except few circumstances. Again, it is said time is “Time is brain”. If patient reaches a stroke Centre in time, then he can recover from paralysis and other permanent morbidities.
Most of them can be managed medically, except few who require surgical intervention. Medical management include thrombolysis/mechanical thrombectomy.
